How Team Openly collects, uses and protects information when you collaborate with your team and clients.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email, display name and authentication details; workspace and member information; messages, replies, reactions, approvals, tasks and agenda entries; uploaded files, optional profile photos and workspace logos; and basic service activity and error information. If you link Openly Pro, we store the explicit account connection and workspace coverage needed to verify your membership.
How we use information
We use information to run your account, organize conversations, enforce workspace and channel permissions, deliver the services you choose, manage billing and provide support. We do not sell your information or use your workspace content for advertising.
Who can see your content
Workspace owners control channel membership. Private-channel content is available to people with access; Home content is available to workspace members. If an owner enables an anyone-with-link channel, people with that link can read that channel and see information associated with its participants. Read-only sharing does not grant posting access. Profile information and images are limited to legitimate self, shared-workspace and public-channel participant access; there is no public member directory. Be careful about what you share and with whom.
Services that process information
Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication, database and private file storage. Stripe processes standalone subscription payments; Team Openly does not store full payment-card numbers. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Openly Pro verifies membership when you explicitly connect your account. Meeting links open the meeting provider you choose. These services have their own privacy policies.
Files and account sessions
Attachments, profile photos and logos use private storage and temporary access links. Account sessions use necessary browser storage or cookies to keep you signed in. Shared links can be copied by recipients, so do not publish confidential information to a public-link channel.
Retention and deletion
Canceling a subscription or losing Pro coverage does not automatically delete your workspace records. Content may remain in a workspace when a member leaves. To request account deletion, content removal or access to your information, email bill@earydigital.com from your account email. We may verify your identity and coordinate with the workspace owner; legal, billing or security requirements may require some records to be retained.
Security and changes
We use access controls and private storage, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Keep passwords and invitation links safe. We will update this page and its date when this policy changes. Contact us with privacy concerns or requests.
